I don’t know since we were placed somewhere else

Our booked apartment was full, so they offered us a new one, this one was small and without 2 beds and without airco in the bedroom, I like that they offered a second opinion, but it was not nice to be declined 1 daybefore arrival

We got offered a different house instead of the one we booked, the offer was kind but the house was not what we booked on booking.com
