Sea-view apartment perfectly located for surfers, with a quick 20-minute drive to Lisbon.
The apartment's location is a dream—especially for surfers and sports enthusiasts. The bed is comfortable and faces the quieter back courtyard, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. There’s even a hammock :) We really had everything we needed to feel completely at home and have a fantastic time. We would definitely come back. The smell of food from the restaurant didn't bother us.
Communication with Annabell was difficult and, for my taste, not pleasant. But that didn't spoil our mood.

Besonders fand ich die gut eingerichtete Küche und die technische Ausstattung insgesamt, die Lage, der Ausblick und die Kommunikation mit der zuständigen Wohnungsmanagerin. Hatten insgesamt eine gute Zeit!
Sauberkeit der Wohnung insgesamt. Batterien für die Fernbedienungen fehlten, wiederholter Stromausfall, Macken und Schrammen in Herd und Wohnzimmerboden und in Tischen, ein defekter Stuhl, Wohnung mit 134 qm eingestellt aber ein Zimmer abgeschlossen und dadurch deutlich kleiner.

A localização é excelente, e o facto de ter garagem privada é um elemento muito relevante.
Alguma loiça um pouco estragada, que não foi substituída.

Bem decorado. Sala com sofá confortável. Cozinha moderna e bem equipada. O quarto fica virado para uma área sossegada à noite. Gostei das condições de segurança do prédio. Apartamento no centro da Costa de Caparica, a um passo de tudo.
