I recommend Marijana’s Radovan Apartment 100% to all travelers and all purposes when in Dubrovnik!
Everything, starting with Marijana, the wonderfully attentive, caring, and communicative host of the apartment. Regarding the apartment, the amenities are all you can possibly need for a stay of any length (and I wished I could have stayed much longer). The terrace and the view are stunning. The location is also very practical for those not « on foot » as cars are not allowed within the city walls! All rooms in the apartment are perfectly supplied, furnished, comfortable, and very spacious. Could not have asked for more. It deserves a rating of 20 out of a possible 10 in all honestly. Could not be more grateful for having chosen this accommodation!!!

Could not get to flat with luggage as lift does not work, had to l find another place. Beware of the landlady bad temper
Didnot get a chance to see inside the apartment,
It was a horrible experience, very rude and arrogant landlady! The building is haggard and the lift is not working and according to people in the building it has not worked for a while and when it works it keeps breaking down. Be aware apartment is on 4th floor with five flights of stairs! The landlady got upset as I said I would give a bad review and she refused to give access to flat and told us to cancel booking. Had it not been for Booking applying a fair policy, we would not have got our money back. Shabby place and horrible experience.

Outstanding apartment with incredible views
The apartment has air conditioning, a very practical and well equipped kitchen, bathroom and of course the balcony. The location is 10 minutes walk from the main station at (Gruz) where the airport bus terminates, 7 minutes from a large supermarket and 2 minutes from bakeries and a shopping arcade. A short walk down the steps takes you to a range of very good coffee shops, bars and restaurants, all of which seem to be frequented mostly by locals, to me a sure sign of good value and quality food. Marijana’s directions to the apartment were also excellent
