    Localização perfeita, apartamento simples com vista parcial do mar, bem integrado, iluminado e ventilado. Banheiros foram reformados. A cozinha é bem equipada.

    Coberta e sofá precisam ser lavados. Papel higiênico tinha o mínimo, deixar um rolo reserva seria um cuidado. Ralos do banheiro entupiram. Não tem muito conforto mas atende muito bem.
