    Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut und nicht weit von der Altstadt. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Die Altstadt von Porec ist wunderschön.

    Die Wohnung befindet sich im Wohnblock der nicht so schön ist. Es gibt keinen Aufzug und die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Obergeschoss. Der Parkplatz befindet sich ca. 400 Meter weit weg. Die "Strände" in der Nähe sind nicht so gut, weil voller monströser Steine bei denen man Angst hat sich die Beine zu brechen. Im Bad gibt es nur eine alte Badewanne und keine Dusche.
