    Excellent location, but the apartment needs improvement and does not justify the price.

    The location in the heart of Dubrovnik was excellent, with everything within easy reach. We also appreciated the simple and convenient check-in.

    The apartment felt outdated, had an unpleasant smell, and the cleanliness could have been better. The bed linen and towels were old and worn, while the small bathroom had a smelly shower curtain and no working ventilation. It was also too cramped for three people. There were no proper curtains, so too much light entered at night, and conversations from the busy street could be heard until late. This did not bother us, but it may be a problem for light sleepers. The kitchen lacked basic equipment such as a frying pan and a wooden spoon, and there was no hot water at the kitchen sink. A small investment could improve the apartment considerably, but in its current condition, it does not match the photos or justify the price.

    Perfect location. Close to everything in old city.

    Great location, spacious room and lovely owners who were so responsive when we had an issue. Some stairs but very manageable.

    Difficult to sleep with street lights flooding through windows. Opening locked door from inside can be an issue.

    Logement correct fonctionnel.

    Les plaques de cuisson qui prennent énormément de temps pour bouillir de l’eau. Une cafetière aurait été bienvenue.
