    Very good

    Good price for Dubrovnik. 20 min walk to the "old town" area. Private parking space is covered. Nice outside terrace to use. We cooked some food on it.

    Hot water runs out half way through a shower. Second person has to wait a while for the water heater to warm up. The walls are very sound transparent. You hear the adjacent apartment loud and clear. The heat pump did supply heat, but the remote did not allow me to adjust the temperature. Room eventually got too hot. Remote would not turn the heat pump off. Had to unplug it. Opened the remotes battery compartment. Batteries were corroded and not looking good. Probably just needs new remote batteries. I left a note for the owner.

    Great location, great host & great apartment!

    A spacious apartment only a 15min walk away from the old town. Mateo was a great host who kept in touch and really helped us out when the weather made our trip to Dubrovnik a little trickier than expected! The apartment was immaculate, had everything we could have needed for our short stay, it was comfortable and very roomy. Would definitely stay here again & recommend to anyone.

    Wonderful stay in Dubrovnik.

    The host is super super friendly. 10/10 to the host for his friendly tips and perfect communication. The location is awesome. One can see the ocean from balcony. There is a guests account on Netflix, so that you can watch your favourite shows! But stop is just a few minutes walk from the room. Private parking is available for free.

    Everything was perfect. No complains!
