    Apartment & host really lovely, Hot tub, great. Note: access up/down lots of steps. No direct taxi.

    Really lovely host, wanted us to have good stay. Shared info on where to find shops and how best to get in and out of town. Hot tub was lovely. Area was very quiet. Can accomodate 4 and beds comfortable, but bit of squeeze for four adults, if planning to be at the apartment for long periods. Great views. Was clean and well equipped,

    This isn't unique to this apartment, but true of lots of apartments in Dubrovnik. On paper close to town etc, but good views means lots of steps! No fun with heavy cases or even walking back after a long hot day - but host gave us good drop off on a road at the top so you could walk down. Plus no direct taxi access - so best to go down to bakery to get an uber. A google map issue was it didn't acknowledge some of the narrow steps/alleyways that go to Pile Gate (old town). But if you down to the bakery - then you will pick up signs for the old town that takes at least 5-10m off the journey, making it about 20 mins to Pile Gate
