    Sehr schönes Ambiente, sehr geschmackvoll, wunderschön hergerichteter Altbau, groß, hell, ruhig. Tolles modernes Bad, sehr schönes Schlafzimmer mit ausgezeichnetem Schlafcomfort. Wohnzimmer sehr angenehm mit richtig "chilligem" Sofa und TV. Ausgezeichnete Lage, super ÖPNV Anbindung nach Duisburg, Düsseldorf, in die ganze Region. Linn ist sehr schön. Restaurants und Einkaufen fußläufig.

    Auch ich hatte als Allergikerin Probleme mit dem penetranten Raum"duft". In einer älteren Bewertung fand ich den Tipp und habe den Vernebler aus der Steckdose gezogen. Leider ragte eine längere Holzabsplitterung vom Parkett heraus, gefährlich, störend mitten im Raum und mir völlig rätselhaft. Das kann niemand kontrolliert haben. Leider wurde während meines 10 tägigen Aufenthaltes das Problem nicht gelöst. Schwachpunkt des Apartments ist die Küche. Auf den ersten Blick schick. Leider war der Herd dreckig, sowie diverse Besteckteile u ein Topfdeckel. Zur Mikrowelle gibt es keine Abdeck-Haube o.ä. Ärgerlich: kein Stöpsel in der Spüle. Auch ärgerlich: Im Kühlschrank fehlt die Halterung in der Tür. Bei großer Hitze konnte ich Tetra Pak und Flaschen nur liegend kühlen. Küche recht spartanisch ausgestattet, gut wenn man ein Taschen-Messer dabei hat (Kapsel Heber, Korkenzieher).

    Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden

    Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet mit einem schönen Duschbad. Sehr bequeme Matratzen. Besonders die Sauberkeit ist hervorzuheben.
