    Zweckmäßig zum schlafen, aber nicht für richtigen Aufenthalt.

    Preislich ok, gute Lage, drei Schlafzimmer sind natürlich super. Waren lediglich zum Schlafen da. Zum längeren Verweilen wenig einladend.

    Eines der Zimmer hatte leider nur ein Fenster zum Flur hin ohne Tageslicht. Der Boden klebte, Türen waren schmutzig - die vom WC war gelb/braun fleckig gesprenkelt, an einer anderen klebten Haare. Das WC war nicht sauber, ebenso Teile der Küche. Unter einem Stuhl klebte Kaugummi. An diversen Stellen lag Müll, neben der Waschmaschine eine alte Socke, Scherben im Bad. Nach der Bitte einer erneuten Reinigung blieb die Wohnung in einem ähnlichen Zustand. Lediglich die Besteckschublade wurden nachgeputzt, sonst nahmen wir keine Änderungen wahr.

    Overall, I am a very satisfied customer and will definitely book this accommodation again if I am to come back to Vienna

    The fact that it’s situated a very convenient location which close to shops and a sub-way. The property is well equipped and the location is very safe as well

    I didn’t like the fact that the bathroom sink draining system was not functioning properly and that there is no iron in the property.

    Nicht sauber, Abfluss war verschlossen, Leiste lag im Wohnzimmer herum, in der Küche war viel kaputt, ...
