Disappointed about the building and its balcony but overal a good property very close to the old town of Zadar
Close to old town Zadar. You literally only need to cross the bridge. Inside spacious
The building and entrance looked gloomy. It was difficult to find parking although we were lucky when we arrived which we were not when we left for sightseeing and returned. Even to unload or pack there is no spot and you have to hold up traffic. The property mentions having a balcony but honestly not somewhere you want to sit. No view

La posizione, comoda per arrivare in macchina, ma allo stesso tempo vicinissima al centro storico di Zara
Non c’è un affaccio verso l’esterno. Tutte le finestre danno verso una corte interna tra palazzi, il bagno è cieco (ha un aspiratore, ma non c’era buon odore comunque)
