    الموقع بعيد جدا والمنطقه كأيبه وماي المرحاض كان طول اليوم ينزل ماي والحمام الثاني الشور يصب ماي بعد كلهم خربانين وتفصل الكهرب كل شوي ابد مانصح احد فيه ومافيه مكيفات حار ونتفح الدريشه تدخل علينا حشرات

    Beautiful surroundings, home. Poor service not ideal for foreigners.

    The area was beautiful the home was also renovated very beautifully.

    The amenities were all in a different language, there was no English instruction manual. The first day the oven wouldn’t turn off for 6 hours and there was no air conditioning or fans so we were burning in the home. We also were forced to stay in because the oven wouldn’t turn off and the stove didn’t have clear instructions. Someone came to help us later at night. The next day they provided fans. The laundry also again in another language so for foreigners I think the property needs to provide better instructions for the price we pay. I specifically booked an home instead of an hotel so we could use the amenities but at this home it was constant issues. Another issue was the fact there are cockroaches which is completely unacceptable for any stay. I texted videos and pictures of all of this to the host as it was happening. I wish the host took my concerns seriously and offered a price adjustment at least. But she just looked at me when I checked out and again reiterated my concerns. So I would say the hospitality isn’t the best again for the price you pay. You would expect more for service. Or even an apology or some type of explanation. If you’re offering a “home stay” then you should give just that.
