    Luxuriös geht anders

    Nettes Viertel, von dem aus die Innenstadt fußläufig zu erreichen ist.

    Bewerbung mit Begriffen wie 'luxuriös' und 'einzigartig' ist irreführend und falsch. Die Wohnung ist m.E. renovierungsbedürftig (u.a. Wände, Fußboden) und mit einfachen, teils defekten Elektrogeräten ausgestattet (Ofentür schließt nicht). Genannte Ausstattungsmerkmale wie Snackautomat, Minibar u.a. fehlten ebenso wie bspw. Zimmerschlüssel, selbst das Badezimmer konnten wir nicht abschließen. Kein Entgegenkommen bei der- mit 16 Uhr späten check- inn Zeit, statt dessen wird mit Strafzahlung in Höhe von 100€ gedroht, wenn die Wohnung nicht bis 11.00 Uhr verlassen wurde. Fazit: Hält lange nicht das, was versprochen wird, daher schlechtes Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

    Große Wohnung, schön eingerichtet, optimal ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt

    Der Verwahrlosung Hauseigentümer mit Spinnweben und einer uralten verschlossenen Tür. Ähnliches gilt für das Treppenhaus Was will man mehr?

    Kann man weiter empfehlen!

    Wir waren Selbstversorger! Ansonsten war die Ferienwohnung gut eingerichtet, hatte eine besondere, eigene Note. Sehr schöner Blick vom Balkon auf Jena! Für uns war eine sportliche Aktivität die 75 Stufen bis zur Ferienwohnung hoch! Super!

    Einen netten Vorschlag vin unsererer Seite! Vieleicht besteht die Möglichkeit als Schutz gegen fliegende Insekten, besonders bei heissen Wetter in den Fenstern Insektenschutz zu hängen! Eiine kleine Sache noch! Es war für uns sehr Zeitintensiv sich durch die geheimnissvolle Schlüsselsystemwelt zu Recht zu finden!
