  reasonably priced, fine for a group of men staying for 1 x night.

  Location is 10=15 mins walk to old Trafford and 1 min from Trafford Bar Tram

  Shower needs more water pressure and temperature gauge wasn't working correctly, extra pillows required. entrance hallway a bit grubby.

  Convenient location but the cost for one night does not reflect the facilities and quality provided.

  Location was great for what we needed

  The heating and the remote control to work it didn’t work. It was very cold. Also I would say it sleeps 4, the sofa in the living room that we needed was not comfortable at all, and not big enough. Also the parking did not look safe and we parked our vehicle elsewhere, looked like there was already a car in the one drive

  Good location for old Trafford but would avoid next time

  The location

  Advertised as free parking - when I asked was sent a postcode for a residential street with only disabled bays left - this was blamed on roadworks there still wouldn’t be parking regardless . Paid a £10 to a local pub in the end Communication was pretty bad had to go through booking .com to get entry instructions No instructions for heating which seemed to be locked , TV didn’t work , wasn’t really a sofa , not overly clean there were bits on the carpet , half empty can of coke left , pillows smelled awful had to sleep withal a towel on top . Seemed like the host wants to give least amount of effort Pictures below are what greets you both sides of the property. ( do appreciate host has no control over this but just to give a true reflection of property for others looking to book )

  Good location

  Unfortunately and it’s not all the properties fault but we were all kept awake from 2am. Loud people upstairs partying until we left the property at 8am. I was so fed up we left earlier . The sofa bed we couldn’t sit on really as went to bed at 9pm. Was looking forward to sitting down in front of tele after a long day but there wasn’t really anything to sit on. Just be good to have had a sofa that you could sit on really. Step daughter ended up sleeping on bedroom floor inbetween my other daughters. We didn’t find out about no parking out from until day before. My partner disabled and just meant a longer walk though this wasn’t a huge deal. Just would’ve been handy to have known a bit earlier as it’s part of why we chose this place. The biggest issue was the noise, the kids were crying and awake from 2 am as the music and noise was so loud. From the main bedroom it was loud and sounded above our heads it was constant from 2am until 8am. The apartment was freezing when we around as heating wasn’t on. Shower could do with a descaling as water going over the top and the lock was broken. Owner was helpful when we couldn’t access the property and property done to a good standard just needs a bit of TLC and a noise complaint being made the neighbours . We left early to come home to sleep which isn’t what we wanted. I had 3 hours sleep last hours and had to drive five hours in the car which isn’t ideal !
