    Obras en el edificio durante la estancia. El 8 y 9 de Agosto 2025

    Es muy limpio, con taxi , está cerca de cualquier sitio.

    El tercer y cuarto día el 8/08/2025 y el 9/08/2025 los vecinos de arriba empezaron unas obras que empezaban con un martillo neumático antes de las 8 de la mañana incluido el sábado . Intentaré subir el vídeo que le mandamos a los anfitriones que alegan que no sabían nada y que es una cosa fuera de su control . Los colchones no son muy cómodos. Había hormigas en el apartamento pese a la excelente limpieza que hay incluso estando en la planta nº11. Con las ventanas abiertas el ruido del tráfico es molesto sobre todo por la noche . La cama de “matrimonio” es el sofá del comedor que tiene el frigorífico al lado y también es molesto. Esta cama también impide acomodarse para ver la televisión durante las horas de más calor. La bañera no es muy práctica ya que tiene el calentador justo dentro

    Great location for short and long stays in Split.

    Very friendly owners who even left Croatian souvenirs on the table! Easy to check-in through provided code from a lockbox with keys meaning you can arrive there any time. Beautiful decoration for both adults and kids. The sea view from the main room.

    Can be difficult to find a parking spot if you arrive too late.
