    Super ausgestattete Wohnung m

    Sehr geräumige Wohnung im 1. OG, ruhig gelegen von der Friedrichstraße abgewandt. Tolle Ausstattung, viel Stauraum, Geschirr, Besteck, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle -alles da! Bequeme Betten, Waschmaschine +Trockner. Die Lage direkt am Uferpark und nahe der Fußgängerzone und den Schiffen ist ideal, wir konnten das Auto die ganze Zeit in der Tiefgarage lassen und alles zu Fuß erledigen. Und das ganz problemlos mit Rollator, weil die Tiefgarage und die Wohnung alles barrierefrei zugänglich ist.

    Ein Duschhocker wäre noch gut.

    Kommunikation und Anreisehinweise top. Eine gut ausgestattete neue und nicht zu überladene Wohnung. Ausenrollos haben vor Hitze geschützt. Kurze Wege zum öffentlich zugänglichen Seeufer, diversen guten Gastros und zu 2 Supermärkten. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß, Rad oder Bahn/Bus.

    Der Küchenhausrat war zweckmäßig, aber Geschirr lieblos zusammengetrödelt. Das passt nicht zum Image dieses Wohnungsangebots. Auch ein Spannbettlaken sollte ausreichend groß sein. Allgemein haben wir in Friedrichshafen beobachtet, dass viele neue luxusartige Wohnungen entstehen zur Vermietung an Touristen, teilweise völlig überteuert. Die Bewohner werden "entmietet" und von Bodenseenähe vertrieben.
