    No fue totalmente a gusto, dormir en los sofas no fue nada agradable

    La ubicación facilitaba movilizarse

    Cuando llegué el ascensor no funcionaba correctamente por lo que no llegaba al 5to piso, tuve que subir el equipaje que era bastante por las escaleras. Y el aire acondicionado de la habitación no enfria. Por lo que todo el tiempo tuvimos que dormir en la sala. Estos dos temas eran muy importantes y fueron parte del filtro de seleccion del alojamiento, ya que mi hermana tiene una discapacidad que demanda de ascensor y aire acondicionado todo el tiempo. Cuando informe del tema del aire acondicinado al encargado, me dijo que efectivamente estaba dañado. Es decir que es algo de su conocimiento lo que no informan a los huespedes. Me sentí engañada. Y nunca recibí respuesta a mi solicitud de reembolso, para poder cambiarme de lugar.

    Size and layout is good

    the TV didnt work and had to keep resetting it for it to work, i contacted the owner about this and got no reply. The aircon in the bedroom doesn't seem to work and that room is a lot warmer than the rest of the house The hot water in the kitchen and bathroom taps is inconsistent
