    הדירה בבנין בעל מספר כניסות. בקומה שניה. יש מעלית. יש לעלות 5 מדרגות לפני שמגיעים למעלית. הדירה משופצת. יש שלושה מזגנים. ב 2 חדרי השינה ו בסלון- מטבח . המזגנים קררו בצורה טובה. רשתות נגד חרקים על כל החלונות. מתקן טיהור מים שיוצא ממנו ברז מים קטן על יד הכיור . זה מאפשר לשתות מים ללא צורך בבקבוקי מים מינרלים. 2 חדרי שירותים. בחדר שירותים אחד היתה אסלה וכיור קטן. בחדר שני אסלה, כיור , אמבטיה.

    ביום שנכנסנו הגענו לדירה והיא עדיין לא נוקתה מהאורחים הקודמים.. כלומר הצ'ק אין היה בשעה 14. המנקה הגיעה בסביבות 15. בעל הדירה אמר לנו שאנחנו יכולים להכנס ולהניח את הדברים שלנו בדירה. אמר לנו שזה יכול לקרות. לפעמים זה קורה...הפעם זה קרה לכם.. בפועל הדירה היתה נקיה לרשותנו בסביבות 16:30. ב 17 הוא בא לקחת את התשלום. זה שיבש לנו את התכניות. הפסקת חשמל בכל הדירה שקרתה ללא קשר לפעולה או שימוש במכשיר מסוים. לא ירד אף מתג בלוח החשמל. פתאום כל הדירה נותקה מחשמל. פנינו לבעל הדירה, והוא החזיר את החשמל בדירה , בשליטה מרחוק. לא הצלחנו להבין מה קרה. ולמה החשמל התנתק... יומיים לא היו מים חמים במקלחת. זה היה עקב עבודות לשיפור תשתיות בטשקנט. היה כדאי שבעל הדירה יעדכן אותנו על כך כשנכנסנו לדירה. אין סבון ידיים בדירה , או כל סבון שהוא. נייר טאולט 2 גלילים ל 3 אנשים ל 4 ימים.

    Everything organised and running smoothly; Clean, comfortable and convenient.

    Property was super clean. Nice new lift - fully functional. Aircon was fine and kept everything decently cool - outside temps +/- 35. Owner was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again
