    I hope the issues have been sorted for the next guests

    The apartment is very comfortable, clean and can’t be beaten for its location.

    The facilities have not been well maintained. The twin room en-suite overhead shower didn’t work so I had to struggle with the handheld shower head. We also had to take very quick showers in both bathrooms as the hot water runs out really quickly. We weren’t able to access the tv channels and there was no documentation to explain how to do so and no matter what we tried nothing worked. Also, the WiFi stopped working on our second day and didn’t come back during our stay. Very disappointed with the amount of fairly simple issues and they ruined our stay. What made it worse is that I have send two emails to explain the issues and the property owners/management haven’t bothered to come back with explanations or answers.

    3 night stay in October

    Lovely apartment in great location. 5 minute walk from Pile Gate. We were met by Luka at the apartment upon our arrival. Comfortable for 4 people ( we had 3). We were happy with our choice. Communication with Luka was also great before our arrival.

    As mentioned by others, wifi is nonexistent. Yes, it's old town with walls everywhere but this wasn't an issue anywhere else. Should look into router upgrades or signal booster.

    We really enjoyed Dubrovnik as the city is beautiful. We would highly would highly recommend staying in the old town as

    Perfect location, really convenient to access all of the old town while being noisy at nighttime.
