    Agency fault

    The owner really tried to find the solution for our situation.

    When we arrived at the spot we found out that our apartment is already booked by someone else and we were left without accommodation after a long trip on a very hot day even though we paid the full price a month before our arrival. All of a sudden we were in the position to find accommodation for that day and the rest of the vacation. And that's not easy especially when you travel with pets. There was an agency involved in this booking and from the beginning our correspondence through the booking app was with someone from the agency. We were never able to talk to the owner. My advice is if you want to book this apartment try to find the owners phone number and skip the agency workers. They are like robots. Feels like talking to the chat bot. The host is a really good man and he tried to find the solution. This wasn't his mistake.

    Smještaj je odličan, čist, uredan, kao na fotkama. Domaćini su jako dragi i ljubazni, opskrbili su nas domaćim smokvama, vinom i uljem, kako prilikom dolaska tako i pri odlasku. Tople preporuke za smještaj! Veliko hvala!

    Domaćini su zaista predivni ljudi, ljubazni, susretljivi i uvijek na raspolaganju. Lokacija je odlična, svega 4–5 minuta hoda do plaže, a parking je odmah kod apartmana. Apartman je bio izuzetno čist i uredan, što nam je posebno značilo jer smo boravili s bebom i djevojčicom od 6 godina. Dočekali su nas s vinom, svježim smokvama i velikom pažnjom. Zaista smo se osjećali kao kod kuće. Definitivno se vraćamo!
