    Disappointing, especially from the keyone company. The stuff on the phone was polite but the organisation and the offer

    The location is very good. Its close to the center and near the lake beach!

    As we arrived we found the apartment the same as the guest before us left. There was leftover food, dirty towels all over the room as well as dirty bed robes. After trying to call the agency keyone they finally managed to sent cleaning stuff there to solve it. We were meant to check in at 15:00 o‘clock but even though we asked several times to let us know when the apartment will be finished, so we can check in, nobody contacted us. All in all we were moving in around 20:00 o‘clock. Half of the day was lost!

    Katastrophe

    Betrug, da man im Nachgang erst fuer meinen Sohn Extrageld haben wollte, obwohl ich fuer 2 Personen gebucht hatte, dann wollte man noch 10 Euro Wäschegeld haben sonst keinen Schlüssel. Dann sollte ich nochmals zum Preis 200 Euro Kaution überweisen, was ich ablehnte und musste eine Gewährleistung unterschreiben. Es war überhaupt nicht sauber , Bad, Küchenutensilien (Pfanne, Geschirr etc.). Die Rechte Hand wusste nicht was die Linke geschrieben hat. Es war schrecklich. Nie wieder Keyone.
