    A smooth stay in Florence

    Communication and information from the hosts before arrival and at check-in were excellent. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and worked fine for our 1-night stay with 4 people — though it’s probably best suited for 2–3. The biggest bonus is the location: easy to reach from the train station and a great base for exploring Florence.

    有家的感覺，床舖十分舒適，天氣較冷淋浴水夠熱，提供寄放行李，地點靠近車站，交通方便，接待人員熱心，溝通順暢。

    入住三晚，僅週五夜晚比較吵雜，其他天都算安靜。

    Great place. Will come back to this place.

    Just 5 min to the central station and 2 blocks away from old city. The owner can be reached any time and the response is immediate. The house also has air condition so sleeping was very comfortable.

    Ottima e strategica soluzione per soggiornare a Firenze in libertà

    Posizione strategica, vicinissima alla stazione Santa Maria Novella ma anche al centro. Non ho sfruttato molto l'appartamento perché ero tutto il giorno fuori città ma la posizione della casa era ottima sia per prendere il treno la mattina presto che per la sera, quando rappresentava sicuramente un comodo appoggio dove riposarsi per poi fare un giro in centro. Strada tranquilla, la vicinanza alla stazione non mi ha creato problemi nemmeno rientrando verso mezzanotte, se c'era qualche individuo strano che girava sul tardi (come tipico di ogni stazione dei treni di città) comunque la vicinanza di ristoranti, bar aperti e market dava sempre sicurezza. Proprietari gentili e disponibili anche a tenere le valigie l'ultimo giorno finché facevo un ultimo giro.

    Good location

    Location, next to train station and main Florence attractions

    Unnecessary, long and heavy introduction in person by the owner. It's not necessary any explanation regarding how the shower faucet works, how to turn on and off the lights, how to open and close the windows, what is a microwave, where is the kitchen drawer, etcetera. Extremely excessive contact with the house owner (every single day by WhatsApp or physically).
