Great neighborhood, close to the city center. Apartments in a beautiful building, with a vintage elevator adding a special charm. Friendly staff. The apartments have air conditioning, a washing machine, an iron, and a dishwasher, which is very convenient. Very good value for money.
The interior doors and the bathroom door do not lock. The bathroom door drags against the floor, so you have to lift it slightly to avoid making noise. The bathtub drain gets constantly clogged, and even a plunger didn't help.

La cercanía al metro
Con las ventanas cerradas nos picaron mosquitos por la noche. La entrada al edificio muy antigua y las paredes en muy mal estado.

Bastante amplio y a un paseo del Centro
Es bastante amplio y la distancia a la catedral era un paseo de unos 20 minutos, pero si no querías andar a unos 10 minutos escasos tenías una parada de metro.
La puerta del baño se atasca y cuesta mucho abrirla y cerrarla, por favor, un cepillado a la puerta por debajo bastaría para dejarla bien. Tampoco me gustó que aunque había máquinas de aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones no estaban los mandos a distancia y no se podían encender.
