  Estancia con la mejor vista

  Nos encantó, el apartamento es tal cual en fotos y las vistas son espectaculares, tener en cuenta que en Santa Cruz no es muy turístico entonces no hay variedad en restaurantes. Súper recomendado el lugar

  Peaceful apartment in Santa Cruz

  This apartment was the perfect place to relax in Santa Cruz. The apartment itself is spacious, with an amazing view, comfortable bed and all necessary kitchen and bathroom amenities. When I wanted to meet other travellers I would simply walk to either of the two hostels at less than 2 min walking distance, and then head back at night to the quiet of the apartment.

  The roof was slightly noisy when fruit or something fell from the trees outside, but it was a minor annoyance. Everything else was perfect.

  Frizzing shower, Risk to catch a cold, the studio has an amazing view and it s spacious.

  The large spacious studio has an amazing view of the lake, same as the photos!

  It felt like camping, even so the studio has a beautiful view, you can hardly shower, the evening and morning this time of year in Guatemala are cold, my daughter was shivering and had blue lips coming out of a cold shower. we reported it , we were told Andres will come to fix it, but after 24 hours of just cold water , we had to go and find Andres ourselves at the harbor to talk to him, but he didn’t seem to have a care in a world, he just say it passed by later... we were surprised as from past review there were good comments on the property manager, but sadly we didn’t have a great experience at all . Be aware if you are a light sleeper the boats at the dock played loud music up to late at night and from 6am in the morning.
