  Brilliant Villa with an amazing outside area.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We honestly couldn’t recommend this villa enough. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The villa is exceptionally clean, incredibly spacious and has absolutely everything you could possibly wish for during your stay. The outside area is amazing, with a gorgeous pool, a lovely dining area and two separate sitting areas, giving everyone plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. There is also private parking, which was a real bonus. We actually loved being able to watch the planes taking off and landing from the villa. It became part of the experience for us, and surprisingly, there was hardly any noise at all. The location was perfect for us too. It’s around a 10-minute drive down into Cavtat, wwhere there are lots of lovely restaurants, delicious food and plenty to do. During our stay we played paddle one evening, caught the ferry to Dubrovnik, enjoyed an amazing four-hour speedboat experience and had lots of beach time. But just as much as exploring, we genuinely loved spending time at the villa itself and enjoying the pool and beautiful outdoor space. And then there’s the host… he really went above and beyond for us. One evening he went out of his way to prepare food for us, which was absolutely delicious, and we had such a lovely evening enjoying the food and his company. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch and made us feel incredibly welcome. You could tell he genuinely wanted us to have the best possible stay. The villa is beautiful, spotless, spacious and has everything you need, but it was the extra effort and hospitality from the host that really made our stay special. We’ve had a fantastic holiday and would absolutely love to come back. 5 stars without hesitation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  The friendliest host and a spotless villa with everything you will need for a great stay

  The villa was spotlessly clean, with a well stocked kitchen that had everything you need. There is satellite to in the lounge and both beds a nice big bathroom, second toilet, big kitchen/living room and balcony and the swimming pool is gorgeous and cleaned every day. There is a lovely outside space with a gas bbq and covered seating area. It really is a lovely apartment. When we arrived Niki our host was there to greet us and show us around. Niki and his wife made sure we had a bowl of fresh fruit a fridge stocked with milk, wine and beer, and tea and coffee pods for the coffee machine. If we had called ahead with any special requests I feel pretty sure that they would have gone out of their way to ensure that we had whatever we needed upon arrival. Niki was quite literally the perfect host and did everything he could to ensure we had a good stay and fell welcome in his apartment, he even cooked an incredible meal for us one night! There is a baker and small supermarket a 5 min drive from the door and easy access to the rest of the coast. It was really great!

  Be aware the at this part of the coast is very steep. We took my girlfriend’s elderly parents who have some mobility issues and there is no avoiding the fact that wherever you go pretty much, there will be steps involved.

  Wonderful host. Super clean throughout. You need a car, but everything good is within 30 minutes and it is a grat base to explore the from Dubrovnik to the border of Montenegro
