    Disappointing communication before and after the stay

    Close to the beach and you can see part of the sea of you are in the top floor.very clean and equipment with attention to detail. Landlord was actually never reachable in the phone .after much delay texted back at some point when necessary. I asked for a proper invoice and got nothing. Before the stay I Was asked to send the money to their local business account rather than paying through booking . Com so we were forever wondering before the stay if all is ok. Before the stay and after I paid we asked for a confirmation that our holiday was paid for and got nothing . After the holidays I asked for a receipt/invoice for the large amount of rent and got nothing , not even a reply . We’re not stupid . We traveled for 40 years . Not giving receipt and invoices and not bothering to reply to clients on time or not at all raises huge questions about dodgy stuff going on and we will therefore sadly not stay here again .

    I will book a room with a full view of the sea next time and there are several hotels and flats elsewhere who offer this .

    Super Lage direkt in Hafen-/Küstennähe in den Gässchen der Sassnitzer Altstadt. Parkplatz ein Stückchen weg und Treppen zum Apartment teils steil.
