clean and nice apartment

散々でした～
予約をしたものの事前に何も連絡が無く何もわからないまま現地へ行っても場所が分からずオーナーに電話をして約1時間ほど寒い中待たされました。一般の部屋を宿泊施設にしたシアハウスで88段の階段を登ってスーツケースを持ったので行き帰りは大変でした。夜になると真暗で怖かったです。部屋は広々としてよかったですが事前に連絡がなく宿泊証明書もこちらから言わないと対応してもらえずとても対応に疑問を感じました。英語も話せないと大変です。

Excellent location
This flat is on a fourth floor and there's no lift. However, the location is great.
