    Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es ist alles da, was man für einen Aufenthalt mit Kindern benötigt.

    Der Geschirrspüler war abgestellt und sollte wegen eines defekten Anschlußteils nicht benutzt werden. Das Schlafen auf dem durchgelegenen und quietschenden Doppelbett war nicht erholsam. Hier sollte der Vermieter über eine Neuanschaffung nach langfristiger Vermietung der Wohnung drüber nachdenken, wenn er weitere Kurzurlauber glücklich machen möchte.

    Hervorragende Lage sehr nah am Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Parkplatz auf dem Hinterhof und ein sonniger Balkon.

    Absolut empfehlenswert

    Vom 09.06.2026 – 11.06.2026 waren meine Schwester und ich Gäste in der Ferienwohnung in Leipzig in der Feuerbachstraße 19. Der Anlass war ein Konzertbesuch in der Immobilien Quarterback Arena (die ganz dicht dran liegt). Diese Wohnung ist ganz toll, so dass wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben (und am liebsten länger geblieben wären ;-) ! Alles einfach prima: Check in / Check out unkompliziert, nett, vertrauensvoll, alles modern, sauber, ansprechend in der dieser Wohnung. Es fehlt an nichts und – trotz allen Überlegens – uns fallen wirklich keine Kritikpunkte ein  Auch rundum alles prima: Verkehrslage, Parkplatz und wir sind nur freundlichen Menschen begegnet. Sogar ein Bäcker ist gleich nebenan, wirklich, einfach prima! Wir kommen gerne wieder – danke! E. Lucke und K. Koeppen
