We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very comfortable, with a fantastic location near the Pantheon. Emanuele was welcoming, helpful, and always available. We really appreciated his thoughtful communication throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

房东人比较傲慢，前期沟通问题很多，也有很多令人不适的字眼，感觉受到了歧视，以后不会再住也不推荐任何非意大利的人住。
地理位置优越，就在万神殿隔壁走路2分钟。房间也很大，空间感很棒，装修风格也不错。
床单被子有味道，感觉没晾干。影响睡眠。房东也没有解决方案，只说退房后会来查看。电梯虽然可以用但是在上电梯之前还有很窄的十几二十级台阶要爬，对拎箱子的游客很不友好。入住之前按照房东要求提供了抵达时间并询问了是否可以把箱子放到房间10am之后再checkin，房东给我发了入住的instructions。但我们11am抵达后发现房间里还有人，房东当时又只能whatsapp联系，且一直发语音，bookings上面不回复的，因此又下载app，房东就打电话来说我们problematic，并污蔑我们一些不存在的事情，入住体验很不好。从头到尾房东没有任何一句抱歉，我对此感到很抱歉，这是bookings最不愉快的一次体验，以后也不会再住。

Great location, lots of room to spread out, functional small kitchenette to cook in and enough nearby conveneince stores hidden away in the back streets to make half decent dinners. The stairs are long and quite steep, which i saw as a bonus work out to get more steps in,, but there is a small lift which we didnt use, but only starts from half way up the first flight and the stairlift wasnt operational yet. It was super quiet in the apartment and the air conditioning really helped at night.

10/10 – Great stay in the heart of Rome Great apartment and an excellent location, just steps from the Pantheon and within walking distance of many of Rome’s main sights. There are tons of restaurants, cafés and shops nearby, which made everything very convenient. Manuel was a great host—friendly, responsive and very accommodating throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!
