  Fantastic location of apartment. Very comfortable and had everything we needed.

  Amazing location, close to train and ferry. Apartment was very comfortable with everything we needed. Was wonderful to be able to pop back to apartment during the day to rest if needed. Some fantastic restaurants near by.

  Appartement bien situé et équipé. Propriétaire réactif.Pas de climatisation. Un peu de bruit la nuit

  Bon emplacement (commerces; plages; gare; visites; départ bateau; tous <10mn a pied) L'efficacité du propriétaire. Appartement très spacieux pour 2.

  Appartement un peu bruyant la nuit (route principale qui passe devant l'immeuble; l'appartement est bien situé à l'arrière du bâtiment mais possède 2 fenêtres dont celle du salon et de la chambre sur un des 2 pignons de coté de l'immeuble et donc proches de la route. Comme il n'y a pas de climatisation, on doit dormir fenêtres ouvertes avec le bruit. L'appartement est au dernier étage donc sous le toit. Il y fait chaud. Le manque de climatisation (> 30C° la nuit) malgré les 2 ventilateurs fournis (1 des 2 est très peu efficace) L'absence de volets /stores pour couper la chaleur sur les 4 fenêtres de la SdB/couloir coté cours (nous avons mis des serviettes coté extérieur pour réduire la chaleur créée via le vitrage). La poussière sous les lits et meubles et sur les 2 ventilateurs fournis.

  Thank you for the wonderful stay in the apartment in Italy in Bellano! We truly felt very comfortable here. The location is absolutely perfect – just about a 4-minute walk to the train station and 4 minutes to the lakeside promenade. There is also a beautiful city beach nearby where you can easily swim and relax. The apartment itself is very cozy and decorated in a lovely Italian style, with two rooms and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. There is no air conditioning, but there are two fans provided. The view of the mountains and the lake is beautiful. At night it can get a bit warm and slightly stuffy, and there is some occasional noise from the nearby road, but overall it was still very manageable. The apartment was exceptionally well equipped – literally everything you might need was provided, including dishwasher capsules, laundry detergent, a hair dryer, cotton buds, towels, beach towels, and even olive oil for cooking. Everything was extremely clean and thoughtfully prepared. The host was also very kind, polite, and friendly. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area.
