Listing address points to the neighbouring house, not the actual property

Listing address points to the neighbouring house, not the actual property The listing gives the address as 51 Bolnička cesta. The actual address of the apartment is Bolnička cesta 51/1, a building behind that house. We made our booking decision by entering the listed address in Google Maps and checking Street View. Number 51 is a house with a neat hedge. The real entrance to the apartment is on the lower level of building 51/1, under the main entrance stairs, at garage level. That entrance is not visible in any of the listing photos, so the impression before arrival is completely different from what you find. Booking supports addresses with a suffix (other listings on the same street show, for example, 34c). We pointed out the difference to the host, but the address in the listing has still not been corrected. We declined the accommodation on arrival, filed a complaint with Booking and received a full refund. Advice to future guests: before booking, check 51/1 on the map, not 51.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z wynajmujacym. Dobra miejscówka na jedną noc w trakcie powrotu do Polski.

  Wszystko było ok.
