Wonderful place to stay! Worth the money, perfect location!
Amazing location, 7 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk into central old town. Is located on a main street so sometime can get a bit noisy, but this wasn't a problem for us. Close to multiple supermarkets and everything is in walking distance. There was also a nearby bus stop so we had connections to a lot of places in Zadar. 10/10 location!

Comfortable, spacious, fully equipped and clean apartment. Excellent location, close to the beach and the old town. Easy communication with the owner, who was very helpful.
A noisy neighbor. A bad smell in the bathroom.

Perfect place to stay for beach time and old town exploration
- strategic location- around 10 minutes walk both to the old town and to the Kolovare beach - very spacious apartment, beautifully refurbished and sparkling clean, well equipped with everything needed for a family (the bedroom can be made completely dark with the external blinds), huge balcony - large public parking without time limitations (and reasonable price of 0.40 euro per hour/ 5.60 euro for a full day - two grocery shops, a bakery, several coffee shops and the City Gallery just a few steps away - self check-in
