    Die Größe der Ferienwohnung und die Entfernung zum Ostseestrand fanden wir sehr gut. Wir waren Selbstverpfleger.

    Alle Räumlichkeiten hatten eine äußerst unangenehme Raumluft, die selbst bei ständig geöffneten Fenstern (7 Tage) nicht verschwand. Die Polstermöbel waren einfach abgewohnt. Irgendwie wurde versucht diese chemisch zu reinigen. Im Schlafraum lag textile Auslegeware fleckig und unangenehm riechend. Diese Ferienwohnung bedarf einer umfassenden Sanierung, um den von uns gezahlten Preis zu rechtfertigen. Wir denken, dass Herr Tönnies sicher nicht in so einer Ferienwohnung Urlaub machen würde.

    Wohnungsgröße war sehr gut. Tolles Frühstück von 8-12 Uhr!! Sehr gute Lage.

    Der Einzelbalkon am Dach war etwas klein. War aber kein Problem.

    Die Nähe zum Strand ist hervorragend. Strand ist sehr schön.

    Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung. In der Küche fehlten ein scharfes Küchenmesser, eine Teekanne, ein Schneidebrett. Geschirrtuch war schmuddelig. Sauberkeit ließ insgesamt zu wünschen übrig, v.a. im Bad. Ein paar Wäscheklammern wären sinnvoll, Hausstaubsauger hat extrem gestunken.
