    Die außerordentlich gute Lage und Nähe zur Ostsee und zum Zentrum.

    Die Wohnung hatte keinen direkten Zugang vom Wohnzimmer nach draußen, was nicht den Bildern entspricht. Die sogenannte Terrasse befindet sich ungewöhnlich vor der Haustüre . Die Einrichtung ist zwar sehr ordentlich und sauber, jedoch älter, insbesondere der Ess - und Küchenbereich.
