The bed was very hard. The room was too sparse and I didn’t like that there were absolutely no staff onsite that I could see.

The room. Dark, no aircon, dark walkways. Like a prison.

Wonderful place in the heart of Basel

Wonderful place in the heart of Basel, extremely clean, quiet, perfectly situated for everything - walks, public transport, easily accessible from both airport and railway station. Still be aware that there is small uphill walk from the tram to the hotel. On top of that and one of the best part of the place is the lady in the reception - extremely friendly and helpful, a wonderful person. Happy to have met you, dear Maria!
