    Preis-Leistung völlig in Ordnung, schöner Aufenthalt :)

    Check in vorab online, Schlüssel im Türsafe, alles unkompliziert. Apartment sauber vorgefunden, WC/Bad getrennt, Küche Grundausstattung vorhanden, großer Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank. Balkon mit Tisch und 3 Sesseln, und Wäscheständer vorhanden. Esstisch im Wohn/Küche-bereich vorhanden, Platz ausreichend. Wir nicht - aber wer`s braucht: TV wäre eher im WZ als in einem der Schlafzimmer praktisch ;) - ist aber vorhanden. Eigene Garderobe (kleiner Raum), fand ich praktisch. Lage insgesamt ok - Autobahnauffahrt gleich um´s Eck, auch ein Billa ist fußläufig erreichbar, nach Graz Zentrum ca. 30 Min.

    Kleinigkeiten: Im Bad könnte man mehrere Haken (oder überhaupt welche) für Handtücher montieren, einzige Möglichkeit bietet der Wandheizkörper - für 3 Erwachsene etwas mager. Da Schönwetter war, haben wir den Wäscheständer am Balkon genutzt. Lage: liegt direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße - das Fenster (auch kleiner Balkon) zur Küche raus kann man praktisch nicht nutzen. Die Schlafzimmerfenster/Balkon liegen allerdings auf der anderen Seite - da bekommt man von der Straße nur sehr wenig mit. Insgesamt recht ruhig in der Nacht :) Vermieter haben wir nicht kennen gelernt, dazu also kein Kommentar möglich ;) Einziges Manko (änderbar!): Check out um 9:00 Uhr ist sehr ungewöhnlich, das habe ich auf meinen (sehr) zahlreichen Reisen noch nie gehabt.

    Sehr schöne Ausstattung, einfache Check-in, kostenlose Parkplätze bei Erdgeschoss direkt vor der Tür und sehr sauber. Würde wieder kommen. 😊
