  La vue est magnifique, le logement est très bien placé, dans une rue festive. Les restaurants aux pieds de l'immeuble sont extra

  Attention, 48 marches à monter pour accéder au logement. Un petit coup de frais serait bien et la salle de bain supporterait une cabine de douche

  Искал апартаменты на всю семью, и не прогадал! Скажу сразу, при поиске учитывалось все - цена, расположение и коммуникабельный хозяйн. И здесь это все есть! Квартиру с лучшим видом из окна вы не найдете! Есть нюансы в виде одного лифта, поэтому нести чемоданы ко входу придется самим. Но вы должны понимать - если снимаете квартиру с видом на море в старом городе, это вынужденные компромиссы. Спасибо хозяину квартиры за предоставленные удобства и отзывчивость! Было очень приятно провести время в Ваших апартаментах! Полностью оправдывают свою цену!

  We loved the apartment and would be happy to return, although there are some things to improve.

  1. Excellent location! Right in the center. Everything is within walking distance. 2. The apartment was clean compared to other apartments I have stayed in. 3. Small, well-equipped kitchen – has everything needed to prepare basic meals. 4. The apartment layout is convenient: two rooms with double beds, one tiny room with two single beds and a sofa bed—it can easily accommodate 6 people, or even 8 if the sofa is opened.

  1. Stairs. 65 steps, and no elevator. Not suitable for older adults. 2. Parking – There is no parking very close by. There is a paid parking lot (€25/day) a 7-minute walk away. There is street parking at a similar distance, but it is limited to two hours at a time. 3. Maintenance – The apartment was generally okay, but the level of maintenance leaves room for improvement. Broken tiles, windows that don't close properly, dampness stains, etc. At this price point, I would have expected something in better condition. Which brings me to... 4. Price. In my opinion, it is expensive for what you get.

  River view.

  Tourist trap. #1: It is not 3rd floor. Consider 1st floor just does count. It is 4th floor- where you have to pull your bags. #2: No air conditioner. Read it in description. I was sure for that price i am getting it.. wrong #3: your bedrooms look on the Cathedral-yes. But every night the restaurant down that closes at 12am starts pulling chars and tables, they don't care about your sleep. They are loud and rude. Some hired chinese people. 12:20 they finish- you can sleep with open windows now. Nice? Everything else is fine. The host is nice. Location is nice. I was even able to do my running alongside the river. But... never again.
