    Die Lage und Ausstattung ansich ist toll.

    Im Appartement 1 hört man jedes Geräusch aus dem Flur und von draußen. Extrem störend ist allerdings, dass die Haustür automatisch laut schließt und dieses Zuknallen tagsüber keine Ruhe in der Wohnung einziehen lässt. Dass der Fernseher trotz vieler Versuche wegen Internetproblemen nicht lief, naja...

    Um ein paar Tage Stralsund zu besuchen und wenn man nicht im Hotel wohnen möchte, durchaus ok.

    Die Wohnung liegt zentral, mitten in der Altsadt.

    Die Wohnung hat die ganze Zeit eigenartig gerochen, was mich sehr gestört hat. Ich konnte den Geruch nicht identifizieren. Kam er aus den offenen Wänden oder dem historischen Fußboden mit seinen großen Spalten zwischen den Holzbohlen? Barfuß konnte man nicht gehen, ohne Gefahr zu laufen, sich einen Splitter einzufangen. Auch hört man das Knarren der Treppenatufen der Treppe, die in die oberen Etagen führte sehr deutlich. Die Wohnung war insgesamz dank ihrer Lage sehr dunkel.

    Tolles Gebäude mit Charme von früher und trotzdem modern. Problemloses tolles digitales Vorgehen und alles hat super geklappt.
