Great apartment on the Rovinj harbour front. Would be even better with some minor touch ups.
The location on the waterfront in the old town, and free parking were excellent. The apartment was spacious for two people. Airconditioning in the bedroom.
The apartment needed some basic maintenance to lift our rating and match the overall amenity. The crockery and cutlery were picnic standard, rather than what you would find in a house. Blockout blinds in the bedroom would be beneficial.

This apartment is wonderful! The living room has a picture window looking out to the water, and the location is on the edge of old town, so walkable to most everything in Rovinj. Having a dedicated parking spot in the center of the city is unique and convenient, but beware, backing into the tight gate is doable but not for the faint of heart. Thankfully I had a small car with a backup camera.
An added bonus would be a coffee machine or drip coffeemaker.

Vynikajúca lokalita na okraji Old town Rovinj, len pár krokov do úplného centra. Priamo v prvej línii pri mori, otvorený výhľad z obývacej izby na more, ostrov sv.Kataríny a jachtový prístav. V okolí krásne pláže v mestskom prírodnom parku, peši asi 10 minút, na bicykli 3-4 minúty po promenáde, ak vás cestou nezdržia nádherné výhľady na staré mesto a more. Apartmán priestranný, s dostatkom odkladacích priestorov, plne vybavený, vrátane práčky a umývačky riadu, sušiak na bielizeň, žehlička, klimatizácia... V dobrom nás prekvapilo, že boli k dispozícii kapsuly do umývačky ako aj prostriedok na pranie. Obrovská výhoda v Rovinji - parkovanie hneď pri apartmáne na uzavretom dvore. Vpredu pred domom aj v blízkom okolí sa dajú pozorovať nádherné západy slnka. Komunikácia s ubytovateľom vopred aj počas pobytu veľmi dobrá. Ďakujeme za príjemný pobyt!!!

Quiet but central
Fantastic location, right on the waterfront but quiet bedroom. The pedestrian area is just behind. Well equipped and everything worked well. The parking was very convenient and the host attentive
