Good location close to the sea. The apartment was clean and had all the facilities necessary for even a longer stay. Nice and shady terrace. Free parking place available. Great restaurants nearby. Public bus traffic is a bit hectic but taxi is relatively cheap to visit the city centre which is around 20-30 minutes by walk (though Zadar is not too pedestrian friendly out of the centre, you have to sometimes walk on the road next to the cars). Friendly host.

The place feels more like a coliving space with the owner. One large house separated to apartments with some compromise. Motorbikes starting next to your door, kids are running recklessly above you, drywall workers drilling half day right on the other side of your bedroom. Not recommended when you have small kids with fixed sleeping schedule.

Очень понравилось, было чисто и уютно с душой, просторные апартаменты, хороший вид, прекрасная терраса, на ней особенно были хороши завтраки.
