This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

La situació, aprop de Sagrada Familia, a un carrer tranquil
L’entrada a l’edifici, súper estreta, i bastantes paneroles, mortes i vives, tant el carrer, com a l’apartament, no vam estar gens a gust, sa veritat.

Great location and easy access to the Eixample area! Great diversity of restaurants nearby.
We were shocked to have to pay an unusually high amount (US) $145.79 upon arrival for the City's "tourism tax" presumably to fight and discourage tourism (this is not an ABnB is it). Seems excessive given that tourists spend a considerable amount of money in other parts of the City at restaurants, churches, and museums, etc.! Next time we will look at other properties that have enough business savvy to include the taxes up front. (do not bite the hand that feeds you!)

Fantastic Apartment
The area first time in Barcelona and it was the perfect place to stay felt very safe
The people in an apartment above us or very very close to us that were very noisy till 2 to 3 in the morning .Appreciate that this can happen in a city like Barcelona.
