Enjoyable stay. Great location with excellent public transportation.
Excellent stay. V. Clean. Kitchen well equipped.
The stairs, ok for us but anyone with walking difficulties would find the stairs hard work. Worse case scenario when we really thought about it was that there was no fire extinguisher or emergency exit.

I had the opportunity to rent an apartment in a building located right next to the hotel, and I must say the location was excellent. The close proximity to the hotel was a big advantage — it allowed me to enjoy the hotel’s breakfast, which was tasty and varied. Another major plus was the possibility of using the hotel’s secure, gated parking — a great convenience, especially in this part of the city. I also want to highlight the friendly and helpful staff — from check-in to the end of my stay, I felt very welcome. The nearby public transportation stops made getting around the city easy without needing a car. I highly recommend both the apartment and the hotel services!

Beautifully clean, comfortable and equipped apartment in a great location. Very enjoyable stay!
The location was great for our stay. The bonus was the fact that once you have paid your tax all the local transportation if free and very efficient. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and had everything you could possibly need for a home from home experience. The Hotel was a very short distance away from the apartment and so there was great support and information available from the staff there too when needed. The staff were all very helpful and polite.
Everything was pretty much perfect. Thanks very much for an enjoyable stay. Only a couple of things that were annoying. The first being the noise of the trams going by really early in the morning but that isn't really the fault of the accommodation. One thing that could improve the overall experience would be to sort out the shower. The curtain either isn't quite long enough, so the whole time in the shower you are fighting to keep the curtain inside to stop flooding the bathroom and given how small the shower was, the shower curtain kept sticking to our bodies the whole time in the shower. It wasn't very nice and felt horrible to think that it must have also stuck to lots of other people before us too. I would expect everyone would find this awful.
