  Memorable.

  Close to all amenities. It was clean and comfortable.

  Trying to haul our luggage up the last narrow steep stairs. Other than that it’s ok.

  Dirty brown water, dismissive staff, and absolutely no solution offered. Completely unacceptable.

  The location was convenient. Unfortunately, this was completely overshadowed by the serious issues we experienced during our stay.

  The water coming out of the taps was brown and visibly dirty, raising serious concerns about hygiene and safety. Access to clean running water is a basic necessity, not a luxury. What made the situation even worse was the staff’s complete lack of concern and willingness to help. Despite reporting this serious issue, we received no meaningful assistance, no alternative arrangements, and no practical solution whatsoever. The staff were extremely unhelpful and dismissive, showing little regard for our well-being or the inconvenience caused. This level of indifference to a basic health and safety concern is completely unacceptable, particularly in the hospitality industry. Guests should not have to fight for something as fundamental as clean water. I would strongly discourage anyone from booking this property.

  It was a cute cozy apt, a little tight for 3 people and our big luggage. Very clean, lots of restaurants and shops around, outdoor balcony to get fresh air and dry your clothes as well. Key pad entry with automatic lock when you close it. Well little during the day. Good air conditioners. Nice plazas and parks near by plus the mall and shops.

  Unfortunately we weren't advised that we were on the 3rd floor with extremely steep stairs. It was hard for my elderly mother and our large luggage. Its at the second last street at the top of the hill so going home from the plaza was tiring and then the apt stairs at the end. We rented a car but couldn't drive it up to drop off my mother, paid under ground parking in the area was €28 for about 12 hours. No parking on the street. I would definitely stay here again if it was just me, the place was great. We loved the Lisbon vibe and the people were great! Love Portugal 🇵🇹 ❤️

  Location

  I am very disappointed with the customer service. We asked for early breakfast and it was still late twice - it was not clearly stated that breakfast is only delivered at 9am until the day before arriving, otherwise we would not book breakfast or book another accommodation, as we had activities earlier in the morning. I kept getting the same messages with the same questions, after already explaining and booking everything. I have asked for the invoice multiple times before and after the stay and have still not received it, which is unacceptable.
