The location. The apartment is very close to the Old Town and restaurants.

In the description this apartment has 2 queen beds. In each bedroom there are 2 single beds closed to each other. So forget trying sleeping in the middle of the bed with your lover. The apartment also needs some maintenance. For example the toilet barely flushes.
