  Do not book based on ratings!

  The view from the apartment was nice.

  We booked this apartment based on its good ratings on Booking.com. The location was a little away from the main town, but that was manageable as we had a car. Unfortunately, our experience was not as pleasant as we had expected. Our stay started with an issue with the access code provided to us, which did not work. We had to contact the owner via WhatsApp, and thankfully, she responded and arranged to provide us with the key. However, cleanliness was a major concern. There were spider webs in the apartment, and although we were told that spiders are common during autumn, the overall cleanliness could have been much better. The toaster was too dirty to use, and several kitchen utensils, including the ladle and spatula, were not clean. The water kettle also had significant limescale, which started coming off while boiling water. We understand that Innsbruck has hard water, but the kettle should still be properly cleaned and maintained. The bedsheets and pillow covers also appeared to have been used straight after washing without being properly ironed or presented neatly. Considering that a cleaning fee is charged, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, especially for the kitchen appliances and utensils that guests are expected to use. Overall, the apartment was adequate for a basic stay, but the cleanliness and initial check-in experience were disappointing. We appreciate the owner’s response when we contacted her, but unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.

  The apartment was amazing. Very specious, clean, had everything anyone needs to feel like at home.

  The road next to the apartment was a bit noisy from early morning, but if you sleep with closed windows you won't hear it.

  הדירה עצמה בול כמו בתמונות נקייה, מעוצבת יפה, מודרנית, נוחה. יש חניה פרטית ולא שמענו את השכנים. וגם הנוף מהמם

  היא ממוקמת על כביש, ויש רעש ממש ממש חזק ממנו. ברמה שאי אפשר לישון עם חלון פתוח וזה קצת פוגע בחוויה

  Fijn appartement met een hard bed

  Mooi en schoon appartement. Rustige locatie met mooi uitzicht op de bergen.

  Het bed was erg hard, de wifi was heel instabiel en het appartement ligt naast een drukke weg . Als je de ramen dicht hebt hoor je niets. Ik vond het verder niet storend. Het appartement heeft GEEN airco maar een soort vloerkoeling en verwarming op afstand. Je moet een bericht naar de accommodatie sturen om de temperatuur aan te laten passen. De huisraad is erg basic, weinig glazen etc.
