Willkommen Daheim!
Die Kombination aus "Zentral" und "Ruhig" ist einmalig. Man hat alles in der Umgebung was man benötigt. EDEKA, Bäcker, U-Bahn, Gastronomie bis zum Abwinken... Das Apartement selbst würde ich als jap. Effizient beschreiben. Es ist nicht groß, vermittelt aber Großzügigkeit. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, inkl. einem pers. Ansprechpartner, der jederzeit zu Erreichen war. - Was mir auch gefiel, war das Lichtkonzept und dass sich jemand wirklich Gedanken um Raumaufteilung gemacht hat. Unser Apartment war ein 1-Raum Apartment und dennoch gab es definierte Bereiche... - Wir werden wiederkommen, haben schon gebucht!
Die Fassade und das Treppenhaus wirken Schmucklos und wenig einladend. Aber das spielt keine Rolle. Sobald man das Apartment betreten hat, stellt sich ein "Zuhause-Gefühl" ein.

Fijn appartement in rustige straat met leuke buurt om de hoek.
Rustige straat, dichtbij leuke restaurants en cafés, leuke buurt. Het appartement is comfortabel, balkon is fijn. Alles was heel schoon en de eigenaar bijzonder aardig.
