We had a very pleasant two week stay at Apartment Eva. It is quite a large apartment, with a sizeable balcony. Although it is not very south facing, and only gets sun in the morning, it does help keep the inside cool. It is very close to the extensive dining area in Lapad, running down to sunset beach. And is also next door to the Maskeron Restaurant, which we ate at several times, and made really excellent pizza. Convenient for accessing local buses, and only a short walk down to the port inlet. And plenty of nice walking routes in all directions.
