Sehr empfehlenswert!
Schön eingerichtetes Appartement im 2. und 3. Stock, viel Platz, unkomplizierte schriftliche Informationen zur Schlüsselübergabe und gute Tipps für den Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral!
Die steile Treppe zum Schlafraum ist etwas anstrengend.

Spacious and charming
I can only speak for the apartment I was in: ‘Therese’, in Fleischauerstrasse. A charming, airy and spacious apartment, one of several in an old house and above a soup restaurant (!). Effectively a duplex, with the bedroom on an upper level. Quiet, although it is in a relaxed and lively area with cafes, shops, restaurants and bars in the centre of the Altstadt. Five minutes from a large supermarket, and maybe 15 minutes from pretty well all the sights. Clean and comfortable, and the washing machine was a real bonus. Although this is not listed in the description, there is also a microwave!
There were a couple of minor maintenance issues when I was there: the wooden floor creaked a lot in places, and the kitchen tap periodically dripped. Neither of these were deal-breakers. Although I was not bothered, anyone with mobility issues should note that this apartment is on the second floor, up several flights of stairs, and the bedroom is up a fairly steep additional flight. I expect other apartments in the building will be different.
