  Pra quem tá em boa forma física, vale a pena.

  O apartamento tem uma ótima localização, ao lado da estação Santa Maria Novella, com supermercados e restaurantes próximos. É possível conhecer os principais pontos turísticos de Florença a pé. O apartamento é amplo, e o Wi-Fi e o ar-condicionado funcionam muito bem.

  O principal ponto negativo é o acesso: são cerca de 60 degraus irregulares, em uma escada estreita e íngreme, que já é bastante difícil de subir mesmo sem malas. Além disso, o acesso ao segundo quarto é feito por uma escada, e esse quarto não tem banheiro, então tem que descer pra usar o outro, e o terraço fica ainda mais acima, com outros degraus. É importante considerar essas características antes de reservar, especialmente para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida ou que viajam com malas pesadas.

  Excellent

  La localisation est exceptionnelle La terrasse est très agréable le matin et le soir en été L’appartement est très spacieux et au calme Grand dressing dans la chambre à l’étage et penderie très spacieuse dans la chambre du bas. Nous étions deux et n’avons pas utilisé la chambre du haut (indépendante) avec deux lits jumeaux. Très bien équipé

  Attention car il y a beaucoup d’escalier (60 marches pour arriver à l’appartement) et appartement sur 3 niveaux en comptant la terrasse

  Although the apartment is spacious and well-equipped, our stay was unfortunately marked by several serious issues. The staircase leading to the apartment is very narrow and steep, which makes it challenging to access — especially with luggage. We were also asked to take out the trash upon check-out, and not just to a bin on-site, but to carry it to the nearest public container on the street — something we found completely inappropriate for paying guests. The water pressure was very low, and it took a long time for hot water to come through, which is not only inconvenient but also wasteful. The most concerning part of our stay was the *electrical outage* that occurred during the night. The situation felt unsafe — especially since we were in a foreign city and country, and the emergency number provided did not work. The written instructions were far too general to be of real help, and we were left completely on our own to deal with the problem. It was a stressful and unsettling experience that should never happen in professionally managed accommodation. Additionally, the double bed in the upstairs bedroom was in fact two single beds pushed together, which kept sliding apart — not ideal for a comfortable night’s sleep. While the apartment has some strengths, these issues — particularly the lack of support during an emergency — made our stay disappointing.
