    Cute apartment but probably won't recommend.

    Centrally located and if you don't mind dealing with the crowds, a good home base for a first trip to Florence. Short walk to Ditta (great 3rd wave coffee) and restaurants, groceries, shopping etc. Strong air-conditioning which is appreciated given the summer temps. Nice balcony views.

    Water pressure was abysmal, meaning showers took much longer than they should. Tiny bathroom was to be expected for these types of properties but this could really have benefited from some practical touches like wall hooks. Lift is tiny even by Italy standards so avoid if you have large suitcases - the lift stops on the 5th floor and you'll have to take one more flight of stairs to access the apartment.

    Location was excellent, AC and porch were fantastic.

    We would stay in this location again!

    Terrific location just steps from Ponte Vecchio with great terrace views of Boboli Gardens from the kitchen/larger terrace and the City from the bedroom terrace. No problem with the elevator, although tight for even two people. The cooling/heating units function well and there was good WIFI available.

    The chairs/living space is limited and not very comfortable for dining or reading. Fortunately the weather cooperated and it helped being able to use the terrace off the kitchen as an expanded the living space. For a two week rental, an extra set of bed linens and towels should be provided. There is no oven in the unit so a toaster oven or toaster, at minimum, would be a nice addition.
